Requirements
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a technology, MSP, or IT services environment.
- Strong technical aptitude comfortable learning and discussing infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud/on-prem systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT/technical projects such as migrations, hardware refreshes, onboarding, or offboarding.
- Proven ownership of client or vendor offboarding/transition processes, including access revocation, asset recovery, and documentation.
- Proficiency with project/task management tooling such as Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to build and enforce standardized processes and checklists across a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage logistical planning across multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the delivery/engineering team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
- Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget, and work plan using Jira or equivalent tooling.
- Coordinate internal engineering resources and third-party vendors to reach project objectives.
- Plan and lead technical projects such as infrastructure upgrades, platform migrations, hardware refreshes, and software deployments.
- Own the client offboarding process end-to-end, including hardware decommissioning, access revocation, and data transfer.
- Build and maintain standardized offboarding checklists and playbooks.
