Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with Azure/M365, infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations, and SME customers.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile).
- Technical certification (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, or Cisco).
- Strong technical understanding of cloud environments, backup, and storage systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full technical delivery lifecycle for infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and ensure project success.
- Coordinate internal technical teams, consultants, and external vendors to deliver tasks on time and within scope.
- Apply lean and agile methodologies to adapt plans and improve project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project templates and processes to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Provide technical oversight and contribute to design decisions during project planning and execution.
- Support the sales team with presales activities, including risk assessment and feasibility reviews.
