Requirements
- Hands-on experience in F&B, food service, catering, restaurant, hospitality, or food supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, order management, or operations coordination.
- Experience working directly with customers/buyers and vendors/suppliers.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Experience with Slack and Airtable.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain clear communication in a remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operational point of contact for buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order fulfillment lifecycle from confirmation through delivery and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage onboarding milestones and documentation for buyers and vendors.
- Coordinate operational activities for company events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Manage operational projects and workflows, identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Provide leadership with timely updates on operational trends, risks, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records across systems including Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace.
