- Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, 9am-6pm (UTC+1).
- 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
- Proven knowledge of localization and internationalization processes and technology.
- Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional.
- Ability to navigate environments with ambiguity and fluidity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage competing demands.
- Attention to detail and focus on achieving excellence.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes.
- Deliver projects on time, with expected quality, and within budget.
- Provide project-level support to clients and linguists to ensure smooth execution.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Serve as primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday).
- Make autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries and maintain project momentum.
