Requirements
- Must be a licensed behavioral health clinician.
- Direct-care experience with strong clinical judgment.
- Fluent in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI.
- Experience practicing measurement-based care using outcomes and progress data.
- Demonstrated experience assessing clinical risk, including suicidality and higher-acuity presentations.
- Experience contributing to AI-enabled, digital health, or technical clinical initiatives.
- Comfortable evaluating generative AI systems through prompt iteration, structured evaluation, and failure-mode analysis.
- Ability to translate clinical nuance into clear, measurable product requirements.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clinical leaders and enterprise customers.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with behavioral health documentation and workflows is highly valued.
- Training or applied experience in clinical research, program evaluation, or implementation science is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define clinically excellent AI output standards and measurable criteria for product surfaces.
- Design and maintain clinical evaluation suites, including rubrics, benchmarks, and test cases.
- Work hands-on with prompts and models to improve quality and analyze failure modes.
- Set clinical standards for handling high-acuity content and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate clinical needs into product requirements and measurable quality standards.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to guide product development trade-offs.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and customers to build confidence in product approaches.
