Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience architecting FE systems and ownership of end-to-end features.
- Proficiency building large web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and tooling, such as React and GraphQL.
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Demonstrated excellence in accessibility, performance optimization, and client practices.
- Experience building UI for AI-driven features, including supervised machine learning and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Kotlin).
- Strong communication skills with a product-focused mindset.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy.
- Drive the full development cycle: technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Build efficient and reusable frontend web components with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Design and implement server-side APIs to support frontend requirements, demonstrating strong architectural judgment.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to improve Community Support systems.
- Provide critical input on technical direction through engineering design discussions.
