Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications.
- Deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI features (e.g., RAG systems, AI agents).
- Strong experimentation mindset with ability to design A/B tests and measure results.
- Experience navigating scale challenges such as query optimization and performance bottlenecks.
- Ability to work with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English at CEFR Level C2 or ILR Level 5.
- Alignment with team values regarding speed, iteration, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
- Design and execute A/B tests and AI evaluations to validate features and guide iteration.
- Build and integrate AI infrastructure components for production-level inference.
- Optimize systems and tools to scale AI features into reliable production solutions.
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI research, techniques, and tools.
- Collaborate with leadership and designers throughout the feature design process.
- Prioritize speed of iteration and experimentation while maintaining high code quality.
