Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expertise in AI production systems using Python and PyTorch.
- Proficiency with data services including SQL, Postgres, NoSQL, or Redis.
- Experience with unit and integration testing for ML models, including data validation and reproducibility.
- Experience with CI/CD and orchestration tools such as Airflow, MLflow, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience with ML/data platforms like SageMaker, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Snowflake/Snowpark.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with ML scientists, engineers, and regulatory teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML services with clear service boundaries.
- Own full lifecycle delivery of complex features from architectural planning to implementation and observability.
- Define and enforce robust verification and validation for AI services, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate CI/CD and MLOps practices for automated model builds, testing, and deployment.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs.
- Contribute to technical documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce knowledge silos.
