Requirements
- Extensive experience leading B2B and B2C events end-to-end.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio ranging from Tier 1 conferences to intimate executive experiences.
- Brand-obsessed mindset with creative instincts for event design.
- Proven ability to build systems and playbooks for attendee recruitment, measurement, and monetization.
- Hands-on and data-literate, with a track record of tying events to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong operator and people leader capable of running multiple complex event motions.
- High-agency and creative approach to scaling event reach unconventionally.
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, growth, partnerships, supply, sales, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Own the full events portfolio strategy, calendar, budget, and execution across all product lines.
- Manage presence and activations at Tier 1 industry conferences to outshine competitors.
- Design intimate, high-intent experiences such as dinners, salons, and executive gatherings.
- Build programs to deepen relationships with supply partners and the broader partner ecosystem.
- Develop tailored events for government audiences and flagship first-party branded events.
- Ensure every event leads with the Engine brand and delivers a memorable, non-generic experience.
- Create scalable playbooks for attendee recruitment, measurement of impact, and monetization of programs.
