Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale events.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing event teams.
- Proven experience delivering flagship conferences, executive events, and product launches.
- Experience in fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic event programmes.
- Experience managing significant event budgets and commercial negotiations.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team-scaling skills.
- Exceptional programme and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing ability.
- Commercial mindset focused on ROI and event performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global team of event professionals.
- Define and execute the global event strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Own the planning and delivery of SmartCon and major industry conferences such as Sibos, Money 20/20, and Consensus.
- Deliver executive-level experiences, including product launches and thought leadership forums.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive leadership for cross-functional execution.
- Manage annual budgets, vendor relationships, and commercial negotiations.
- Establish scalable event planning processes and operational standards.
- Measure event success through KPIs, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement.
