Requirements
- 10–15+ years of product management experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing product management teams.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling a core product surface.
- Strong people leadership and team development skills.
- Deep user empathy, specifically regarding trust in financial services.
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to connect product decisions to revenue.
- Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and ability to define success criteria.
- Proven cross-functional presence and stakeholder management.
- Direct, kind, and low-drama professional communication style.
- Background in fintech, financial services, or advisor-facing products preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered or data-intensive SaaS products preferred.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Meet and the operating system.
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of 4–6 product managers.
- Drive roadmap execution, quality, and velocity in partnership with Engineering and Design leadership.
- Define product craft standards through frameworks, processes, and documentation.
- Align cross-functional teams on roadmap, pricing, packaging, and integration points.
- Represent product perspectives in executive and go-to-market discussions.
- Maintain accountability for outcomes through clear success metrics and proactive communication.
