Requirements
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
- Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience engineering and scaling enterprise digital platforms within service-industry and healthcare contexts.
- Experience managing complex system integrations and compliance-driven workflows.
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies, including Six Sigma principles.
- Experience designing end-to-end digital ecosystems that connect operational, financial, and compliance processes.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled workforce and analytics solutions, including predictive insights.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product and feature development based on customer needs.
- Strong communication skills for presenting product strategies and state-of-projects to executives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define, design, and deliver new products and technical solutions.
- Translate strategic business ideas into product stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery, including ideation, prototyping, specifications, development, and rollout.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering leads on sprint planning and expectation management.
- Monitor performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve usability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, and metrics while overseeing the product quality control plan.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and testers to create functional specifications.
- Provide escalated customer support and communicate project states to senior leadership.
