Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare and high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience using Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and managing Product Managers.
- Proven ability to establish product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
- Experience developing and launching payment processing or financial technology products.
- Experience leading platform-as-a-service products and prioritizing APIs.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions (ecommerce, POS, recurring payments, card-on-file).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting metrics and making data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of payment applications.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers.
- Oversee products spanning point-of-service collections, card-on-file capabilities, statements, and payment plans.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and communicate product performance.
- Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and client solutions teams.
- Guide platform-as-a-service initiatives, prioritizing APIs and technical capabilities.
- Establish and monitor product and business metrics to drive continuous portfolio improvement.
