Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment and hiring practices.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with behavioral assessment tools, such as Predictive Index.
- Familiarity with competency-based, inclusive interviewing practices.
- Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or high-growth organizations preferred.
- Prior contract or interim recruiting experience.
- Comfort using AI tools to synthesize interview notes and feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned US and Canadian requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
- Lead intake and needs analysis conversations with hiring managers to define role scope and criteria.
- Partner with HRBPs to create and publish job descriptions and postings.
- Source active and passive candidates using the ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview loops, and lead debrief discussions.
- Support offer construction and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
- Provide regular pipeline and status updates to stakeholders.
