Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, economics, finance, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant healthcare business experience in market access, pricing, contracting, or pharmaceutical operations.
  • Significant experience within oncology or specialty pharmaceutical markets.
  • Deep understanding of US market access, payer dynamics, reimbursement, and commercial/medical benefit environments.
  • Strong expertise in government pricing, including Medicaid, 340B, and Federal Supply Schedule requirements.
  • Proven ability to build sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and gross-to-net analyses.
  • Strong understanding of payer contracting, GPOs, specialty pharmacy networks, and distribution models.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including developing direct reports and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically with attention to operational detail, compliance, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead US pricing strategy for key oncology and hematology products, including lifecycle planning and price changes.
  • Develop and oversee quarterly and monthly gross-to-net analyses, financial models, deal analytics, and profitability scenarios.
  • Establish portfolio-level contracting guardrails and decision frameworks covering payers, GPOs, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with account teams to negotiate and implement contracting strategies for commercial and Medicare opportunities.
  • Lead a team responsible for government pricing compliance, including 340B, Medicaid waterfall models, and state transparency reporting.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical product stewardship requirements, government reporting, rebates, and chargebacks.
  • Evaluate healthcare policy and regulatory impacts, including Medicare Part D redesign and inflation rebates.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate market developments into actionable business decisions.
  • Manage external vendors, budgets, and direct reports while fostering a collaborative team environment.
