Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with supporting engineering efforts in system design, solution engineering, software development, or system administration.
- 3+ years of experience with a complex build system.
- Experience leading and mentoring other DBAs on an Oracle based system.
- Experience with Database Schema as Code tools.
- Experience designing large enterprise solutions.
- Experience with database partitioning and microservices.
- Experience with code reviews on SQL change sets and enforcing best practices.
- Must be able to pass a US Government Public Trust Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain one or more complex databases.
- Analyze the design, development, delivery, and implementation of data solutions including architecture and prototyping.
- Develop standards, design, and test plans for data solutions.
- Perform code module development, testing, and debugging.
- Assist with planning and engineering of organizational databases.
- Monitor performance, scalability, and security of database systems.
- Mentor team members regarding technical competencies.
