Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in technical customer-facing roles like Solution Architecture or Technical Customer Success.
  • Strong expertise in data management, data engineering, data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience integrating or managing SaaS applications and enterprise systems (e.g., accounting, finance, audit, risk, compliance, sustainability).
  • Experience with ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Anaplan, or Databricks.
  • Experience with integration technologies like Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and hands-on API execution through scripting.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
  • Native or executive-level Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with customers to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable data management solutions.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales into implementation and ongoing customer engagements to ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective onboarding and implementation experiences.
  • Recommend data architectures, integrations, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adoption.
  • Design and review data integration workflows connecting enterprise applications with the data management platform.
  • Develop and review analytical workflows and coaching stakeholders on data management best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for deployed solutions, configurations, and processes.
  • Gather and communicate actionable feedback to Product Development teams.
  • Monitor customer environments to provide proactive technical guidance.
