Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in Field Applications Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
Experience with hardware IP cores, security software, or embedded solutions sold to technical organizations.
Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate technical value to both engineers and C-level executives.
Experience integrating, configuring, and troubleshooting complex technical solutions.
Strong technical presentation and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of cryptography or cybersecurity is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace.
Ability to travel approximately 10–20% across North America.

Support strategic customer accounts by identifying technical requirements and presenting relevant technologies.
Engage with prospects to understand technical challenges and advance qualified opportunities.
Educate customers on post-quantum cryptography products through demonstrations and technical value propositions.
Document technical requirements via Statements of Work, quick-start guides, and technical specifications.
Partner with Engineering to communicate customer needs, priorities, and technical dependencies.
Coordinate technical activities to ensure efficient customer integrations.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain technical opportunity data using tools such as HubSpot, Jira, and GitHub.
