Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products with embedded operations or human-service components.
  • Proven experience managing products where technology and service delivery work together as a single operating model.
  • Demonstrated success redesigning labor-intensive workflows into automated or AI-assisted processes.
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered document processing, data extraction, or agentic automation into production.
  • Experience modernizing or migrating legacy systems while maintaining operational continuity.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, gross margin, cost reduction, and pricing strategy.
  • Experience with document/data extraction or high-volume back-office and transaction processing.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities to translate operational challenges into product solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to operate in environments with complex workflows and evolving technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Processing product roadmap for bill data normalization, validation, and exception handling.
  • Partner with Operations teams to map manual processes and prioritize automation opportunities that improve efficiency.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered document processing and agentic automation across legacy workflows.
  • Develop strategies to reduce manual review volume through improved validation logic and exception handling.
  • Build business cases connecting automation investments to cost-per-bill improvements and margin expansion.
  • Develop and sequence modernization plans to migrate legacy systems to scalable, automation-first technology.
  • Establish feedback loops with data platform teams to resolve upstream data-quality issues.
  • Coordinate with Payments to ensure accurate and reliable delivery of actionable payables.
  • Monitor operational performance and market opportunities to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
