Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skill and leadership on complex, cross-functional, or ambiguous problems.
- Deep expertise in interaction design and user experience principles.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- High proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools in design workflow.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design thinking to senior and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, from early strategy through complex interaction models, workflows, and polished prototypes.
- Set a bar for craft and collaboration that other designers and writers seek out and learn from.
- Partner with and facilitate design reviews with product and engineering leadership, making sure ambitious designs are scoped, feasible, and executed accurately.
- Regularly mentor junior designers, providing feedback on craft, process, and design best practices.
- Bring emerging design trends and practices into Delinea’s product design, evaluating what’s worth adopting versus what’s just noise.
- Contribute to and help evolve the Delinea Design System, and champion consistent, scalable design across the product portfolio.
- Influence design practice and standards for the broader design and product organization, beyond your immediate product area.
