Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B/enterprise SaaS products end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to run own research (qualitative and quantitative) and shape design decisions based on evidence.
- Strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in producing high-fidelity UI work independently.
- Ability to work within an existing design language and specify behavior, states, and edge cases for engineering.
- Experience using component libraries and production code to build realistic prototypes in Figma.
- AI-fluent, with experience integrating tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Copilot into daily workflows.
- Strong ownership: ability to document decisions, surface risks, and manage progress independently.
- Constructive and professional approach to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through design, validation, and handoff.
- Plan and run user research and workshops, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and card sorting.
- Design workflows, information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes covering edge cases and error states.
- Produce build-ready mock-ups consistent with the design system.
- Build realistic prototypes using UI component libraries and front-end code.
- Draft work items for designed flows, including edge cases and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure visual alignment.
- Utilize AI tools throughout the workflow to improve efficiency while verifying all outputs.
