Requirements

- Strong background in using animation and interaction to improve clarity in complex user experiences.
- Experience defining and documenting motion languages and design patterns.
- Expertise in building scalable design systems, guidelines, and reusable motion components.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineers to ensure motion is performant and consistent across platforms.
- Experience with prototyping tools for exploring and communicating interaction ideas.
- Ability to balance functional clarity with visual delight.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience providing design feedback.
Responsibilities
- Use motion to make the product easier to understand by highlighting changes and guiding user actions.
- Define a clear, shared motion language for MetaMask to ensure consistent movement across surfaces.
- Build patterns, guidelines, and reusable assets to enable motion scaling across teams and platforms.
- Introduce value-add moments of delight that enhance without impeding usability.
- Partner with product designers and engineers to implement motion that performs well and feels natural.
- Utilize prototyping to explore and communicate interaction concepts.
