Responsibilities
- Formulate business development strategies incorporating customer, client, and market data.
- Oversee staffing, development, and performance coaching for direct reports.
- Manage client and prospect relationships, including guidance on negotiations and deal closures.
- Direct channel development, sales distribution, territories, and quota setting.
- Analyze sales statistics and market intelligence to optimize processes and product preferences.
- Set performance goals and oversee division budget expenditures.
- Ensure consistent corporate image across promotional materials and event offerings.
