Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cash operations, payments, banking operations, or financial operations.
- Methodical approach to financial data and transaction reconciliations.
- Strong ownership skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues across internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of accounting transaction workflows.
- Experience using AI-powered tools with a focus on validation and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Own the cash operations queue end-to-end, resolving payment queries, deposit exceptions, and operational issues.
- Ensure reconciliations are dependable and audit-ready while maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the primary operational contact for banking and payment partners to drive recalls, rejects, and escalations.
- Strengthen financial controls by identifying recurring failure points and implementing risk-reducing improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and operations teams to resolve root causes of customer funding or withdrawal issues.
- Support cross-functional change initiatives including partner migrations, account conversions, and treasury projects.
- Use AI and automation to streamline investigations and workflows while maintaining human oversight for auditability.
