Requirements
- Proven product management experience in enterprise-grade technical environments.
- Strong developer empathy and understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize complex technical problems.
- Exceptional product sense for edge cases and reliability requirements.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to iterate quickly.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Technical product judgment regarding usability, scalability, and security tradeoffs.
- Experience with Git, version control, branching, or conflict resolution (nice-to-have).
- Experience with enterprise security, secrets management, or access control (nice-to-have).
- Experience with observability, monitoring, or operational dashboards (nice-to-have).
- Technical proficiency in coding or SQL to partner on architecture discussions (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Define workflow lifecycle management including environment separation, promotion paths, versioning, and rollback capabilities.
- Develop Git-based source control integration for software development practices.
- Build tools for workflow performance monitoring, observability, and cross-instance visibility.
- Define management processes for external secrets, configuration variables, and multi-instance environments.
- Engage with enterprise customers, developers, and admins to gather requirements and prioritize product needs.
- Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Success through clear strategy and communication.
