Requirements
- Proven experience landing in and mastering new domains quickly.
- Extensive experience owning complex, multi-quarter projects from discovery through launch.
- Strong track record of working collaboratively with GTM and engineering teams.
- Understanding of AI evaluation metrics and how agentic loops function.
- Proven ability to perform independent customer discovery and synthesize qualitative insights.
- Self-starter mindset with a history of shipping small features quickly without waiting for permission.
- Experience with production-level agentic systems is a bonus.
- Legal tech or contracting domain expertise is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Ship against the contract workflow roadmap starting in your first few weeks.
- Perform independent discovery through customer and prospect calls to define jobs to be done.
- Manage and improve agentic AI review systems, including evaluating performance, flows, and failure modes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver usable and impactful features.
- Measure product outcomes against revenue goals and iterate or pivot based on performance data.
