Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 65 license required.
- 4-10 years of related experience in financial services preferred.
- Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced data analytics.
- Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of capital markets and portfolio design.
- Expertise in investment vehicles, models, and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with high accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of Portfolio Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Strategically plan and allocate resources to optimize capacity and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement for process enhancements.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
- Communicate investment philosophy and strategies to Wealth Advisor teams.
- Lead presentations on various investment topics to internal stakeholders.
- Manage standardized workflows and investment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement firm-level process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Handle trade corrections and implement error-reduction processes.
