Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal operations, compliance, corporate legal support, contracts, regulatory affairs, or investigations.
- Experience with escalated disputes and litigation support preferred.
- Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or general contracting is strongly preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Must be comfortable in a non-attorney support role.
Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Compliance & Safety on compliance, legal operations, regulatory, contractual, and risk matters.
- Assist with escalated customer complaints, disputes, demand letters, and attorney correspondence.
- Conduct fact-finding and gather documentation including contracts, communications, and evidence.
- Maintain tracking systems for legal matters, disputes, investigations, and deadlines.
- Prepare responsive materials for regulatory and governmental inquiries and subpoenas.
- Support internal investigations involving compliance concerns or potential misconduct.
- Assist with contract administration including intake, templates, and signature routing.
- Conduct compliance and regulatory research and prepare summaries for executive review.
