Requirements
- Proven experience working with at least one recognized ERP platform such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, Epicor Prophet 21, Sage, Odoo, Infor, or SAP.
- Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and become a deep subject matter expert without formal hand-holding.
- Experience training or supporting non-technical end users in ERP or similar enterprise software environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain complex system workflows in plain language.
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
- Patient, clear communicator who can support users of varying technical ability without frustration.
- Self-directed and reliable with the ability to own a support function independently.
Responsibilities
- Learn the company's proprietary ERP system thoroughly and become the internal subject matter expert.
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and walkthroughs for team members across departments.
- Onboard new users and ensure they are comfortable and confident operating in the system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting requests.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues quickly and accurately.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, user guides, and process maps.
- Monitor system usage and gather user feedback to surface improvement opportunities.
