Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Proven track record coordinating ingredient testing, specs, or production runs with external partners.
- Professional C1/C2 written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot tools independently.
- Experience building clean documentation systems.
- Proven ability to manage workload autonomously in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in CPG, food/beverage, beauty, or chemical testing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with external labs via email and phone regarding flavors, scents, raw ingredients, and testing protocols.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers to oversee production schedules, monitor lead times, and manage logistics.
- Research, vet, and source alternative laboratories, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers to support business expansion.
- Document and maintain organized records of vendor communications, lab results, ingredient specifications, and operational workflows.
- Partner with internal Product and Operations teams to align external timelines with product launches and inventory requirements.
