Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4 - 8 (+) years experience in a compliance, AML/KYC, or due diligence role
- Experience working within banks, investment management, or other financial services
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage investor onboarding from a compliance perspective, including review of subscription and onboarding documents
- Perform KYC/AML/DD on investors, deals, assets, and other counterparties
- Conduct targeted research on investors, assets, and ownership structures, and present findings in clear, concise summaries
- Conduct sanctions screening
