Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in data privacy or compliance.
- Experience building or implementing privacy frameworks.
- Hands-on Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) experience.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into workable controls and processes.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Understanding of regional and cross-border data privacy issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
- Legal background or prior in-house or firm experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Update policies, processes, and guidance to ensure compliant data handling.
- Lead and manage DPIAs end-to-end, advising on risks and practical mitigations.
- Support cross-border privacy compliance for APAC by aligning frameworks with local laws.
- Design and deliver privacy training and day-to-day compliance guidance.
- Provide complementary general commercial or legal support as required.
