Requirements
- Have an undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Have some hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI Agents.
- Communicate in written and spoken Mandarin to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create clear documentation and presentations.
- Work responsibly and patiently on repetitive or process-heavy tasks.
- Bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Basic coding or scripting ability is a plus.
- Interest in compliance, risk control, or operational efficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support identity verification, document review, and user onboarding processes for KYC.
- Support business entity verification and related due diligence workflows for KYB.
- Assist with complex EDD review cases, risk signals, and investigation support.
- Test and optimize LLM- and agent-based workflows for compliance operations.
- Review prompts, automation logic, and model outputs.
- Document findings, edge cases, and process improvements.
- Support small-scale implementation, evaluation, and operational analysis tasks.
