Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have a solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with transformer models, LLMs such as LLaMA or Qwen, or related technologies is a strong plus.
- Have experience or interest in prompt engineering.
- Have experience or interest in fine-tuning methods such as LoRA or QLoRA.
- Have experience or interest in model evaluation techniques.
- Have basic knowledge of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be fluent in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating Large Language Models using public and in-house datasets.
- Support the development and optimization of AI agents, including prompt engineering, memory modules, planning strategies, and external-tool integration.
- Design, implement, and manage data annotation pipelines, including schema definition, labeling guidelines, and quality control.
- Work with research and engineering teams to improve model performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Conduct experiments and data analysis, and document methodologies and findings.
- Explore and test tools, frameworks, and practices for LLM systems and AI agent capabilities.
