Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, early intervention, or a related healthcare/service environment.
- Previous experience in training, staff development, coaching, or employee onboarding.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and terminology (highly preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual training platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup).
- Hardware: Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, and webcam.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with a noise-canceling USB headset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for clinical and support staff.
- Conduct training sessions on organizational procedures, documentation standards, service delivery, and ABA practices.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assess employee knowledge and competency through quizzes, observations, and demonstrations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to new and existing staff to reinforce procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and development needs.
- Monitor training completion, attendance, and employee progress.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
