- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent acquisition technologies.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data.
- Proven success recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, IT, Data, and Cybersecurity roles.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop proactive recruiting strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence and talent insights.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Product Management, and Cybersecurity.
- Build robust talent pipelines through direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
- Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage requisitions and track hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding, onboarding, and new hire integration efforts.
