  • Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent acquisition technologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data.
  • Proven success recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, IT, Data, and Cybersecurity roles.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence and talent insights.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Product Management, and Cybersecurity.
  • Build robust talent pipelines through direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage requisitions and track hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding, onboarding, and new hire integration efforts.
