Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role, including customer success, consulting, account management, or strategy.
- Proven experience in the ownership of enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Ability to tailor messaging across diverse stakeholder levels with precision and influence.
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity and maintain composure during complex client interactions.
- Strong aptitude for deep diving into product functionality and teaching others to extract value from tools.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 30–45 strategic accounts to drive measurable impact, influence renewals, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Act as a consultative partner by translating data insights into actionable strategies for clients.
- Lead seamless platform onboarding experiences and coach users on unlocking value from syndicated data products.
- Proactively identify client risks or roadblocks and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Synthesize client feedback to help shape internal product, marketing, and operational roadmaps.
- Contribute to the scaling of team playbooks and support the professional growth of team members.
