Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, International Development, Public Policy, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in financial institutions, consulting, development organizations, or impact-focused enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong track record in proposal development, grant writing, research & analytical reports, or strategy documents.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering high-quality outputs under deadline pressure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of gender and/or social inclusion, with an intersectional perspective (preferred).
- Experience across sectors such as climate, infrastructure, development finance, or impact/sustainable finance (preferred).
- Familiarity with inclusive finance or impact measurement frameworks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written outputs including briefing notes, presentations, reports, and correspondence for CEO's internal and external engagements.
- Prepare meeting briefs, participate in stakeholder engagements, and manage follow-ups on behalf of the CEO's Office.
- Contribute to IIX's research outputs, knowledge products, and thought leadership pieces linked to strategic priorities.
- Translate strategic directions into structured workstreams, trackers, and detailed action plans.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align inputs, monitor progress, and identify blockers on organization-wide priorities.
- Structure concepts into compelling proposals, frameworks, or workplans ready for internal review or external pitching.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of new programs, products, or strategic directions across sectors.
