Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Operations.
- 7+ years of experience in a senior procurement role.
- Experience building and executing category strategies to deliver savings.
- Expertise in negotiating complex, high-stakes buy-side contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend data and operational dashboards.
- Proficiency in best-in-class procurement processes such as RFX, reverse auctions, and category management.
- Proven track record of tracking KPIs, scorecards, and managing QBRs.
- Knowledge of contract terms including MSAs, DPAs, and maintenance agreements.
- Experience with varied commercial models like fixed-fee and performance-incentivized structures.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop cost savings strategies focusing on sourcing, supplier qualification, and consolidation.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand roadmaps and build sourcing pipelines.
- Analyze industry trends to provide recommendations on pricing and supplier optimization.
- Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to achieve optimal total cost of ownership.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance through KPIs and QBRs.
- Execute RFI/RFP processes and manage the bid-to-contract lifecycle.
- Manage and influence stakeholders to optimize vendor value and cost.
- Support sourcing for diverse categories including software, professional services, HR, and events.
