Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the general banking, regulatory compliance, or banking finance areas.
- In-house legal experience is preferred, though not essential.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to provide commercially tailored advice.
Responsibilities
- Work with and advise business clients directly while providing practical solutions on banking matters.
- Support legal matters including regulatory advice and contract drafting across investment banking practice areas.
- Analyze new business initiatives and products from a legal aspect where required.
- Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements.
- Promote a compliance culture and awareness within the business.
