- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advise business teams on day‑to‑day legal issues and provide practical, business‑oriented solutions
- Support cross-functional projects (product launches, partnerships, go‑to‑market initiatives) and ensure contract terms align with internal policies and risk appetite
