Requirements
- Have 3–7+ years’ PQE in commercial contracts, in-house or at a law firm.
- Bring hands-on experience reviewing and drafting agreements.
- Have strong written and spoken English.
- Have business-level Mandarin and be able to review and discuss Chinese commercial contracts.
- Mandarin business drafting experience is a plus.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate procurement and services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and cloud/SaaS agreements.
- Coordinate with internal business teams and external counterparties to manage contract workflows.
- Ensure contracts are finalised and executed on time and properly documented.
- Provide preliminary, business-focused legal support on commercial, compliance and risk issues.
- Escalate issues to the General Counsel where appropriate.
