Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical program management, implementation, consulting, or technical operations.
- Proven experience owning delivery for demanding external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to decompose complex processes into inputs, dependencies, and failure points.
- Ability to convert ambiguous, partially-specified asks into concrete execution plans.
- Strong data fluency with experience in SQL or equivalent and advanced spreadsheeting.
- Experience working with operational tooling and AI systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and status updates.
- High attention to detail with the ability to build systemic checks.
- Experience in legal tech, litigation support, e-discovery, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Light scripting experience (Python, TypeScript) is considered a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for internal teams.
- Manage project delivery end-to-end, including scoping, sequencing, and timeline tracking.
- Interrogate ambiguous or unworkable requirements and propose structured alternatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel relationships.
- Design and implement repeatable workflows and QA gates for recurring deliverables.
- Query and validate claimant and evidence datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and spec opportunities for tooling and automation to improve pipeline efficiency.
