- Improve the case evaluation playbook by designing the framework, running reviews, and codifying it for scale and repeatability.
- Partner with co-counsel to run plaintiff-side mass arbitration campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage pre-suit demands, notices of dispute, AAA/JAMS filings, IDRs, and settlement negotiations.
- Serve as the internal authority on case strategy, redlines, and substantive filings.
- QA demand letters, notice batches, and claimant communications before they are sent.
- Evaluate and validate new case theories across consumer protection, privacy, and complex litigation.
