Requirements
- 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Experience managing or monitoring e-commerce listings.
- Prior customer service background.
- Near-native written English proficiency (9+/10 self-rating).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Photoshop.
- Ability to manage tasks from multiple stakeholders.
- Reliable daily overlap with US Eastern time zone (3-4 hours minimum).
- Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Amazon listing health and flag issues like Buy Box loss or content violations.
- Respond to customer messages on Amazon and email within 24 hours.
- Maintain pricing consistency across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
- Perform basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop for listings.
- Conduct supplier research on Alibaba and 1688 to build vendor comparison reports.
- Perform data entry and compile weekly platform reports.
