Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing.
- Direct ownership of large-scale conference execution (500+ attendees, multi-day, multi-track).
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics across a full conference footprint.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Clear, proactive communication skills to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Swoogo, ClickUp, or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit technology, or a related sector preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for Collaborative, including production, vendor management, run-of-show, ancillary programming, and on-site leadership.
- Manage logistics across the full conference footprint including general sessions, breakouts, customer dinners, and executive programs.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to align on audience targeting, programming, and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing cross-functional workstreams.
- Execute field marketing events, roundtables, partner activations, and sponsored third-party event logistics.
- Track event performance against defined KPIs and compile post-event recaps to inform future strategy.
- Manage vendor and venue relationships including contract negotiations and day-of performance.
- Build and maintain process documentation and project trackers to improve team scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and contractors on execution standards and project management.
