Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, or related fields such as B2B marketing or corporate communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated experience developing content for large-scale conferences, executive presentations, or multi-format event programs.
- Strong project management skills with proven success in managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience working within the nonprofit and/or social sector.
- Demonstrated ability to connect content strategies to sales and marketing goals.
- Proficiency in creating and editing presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
- Familiarity with event production and audience engagement strategies is preferred.
- Experience with content marketing platforms and project management tools like ClickUp is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define content themes, messaging frameworks, and programming strategies for brand, field, and community events.
- Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution for the flagship conference, Collaborative.
- Shape and sequence agendas, keynotes, breakouts, and sessions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify, pitch, and secure keynote and featured speakers while building a long-term speaker pipeline.
- Write and edit session content, executive presentations, and panel discussions.
- Develop speaker preparation materials, briefing documents, and rehearsal guides.
- Maintain content schedules, templates, and toolkits to ensure deliverables are met.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics to inform future programming strategy.
