Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience building and running production systems.
- Proven experience being on-call and debugging production systems under pressure.
- Proficiency in Python with ability to write readable code and perform thoughtful code reviews.
- Experience working with asynchronous code and relational databases.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, instructions, and client explanations.
- Ability to work directly with customers to scope and solve real-world problems.
- Experience with LLM systems in production (eval frameworks, RAG pipelines, structured prompting) preferred.
- Experience with conversational AI, voice bots, or chat systems preferred.
- Background in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or collections is a plus.
- Experience with real-time or telephony systems (WebSockets, Twilio) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own client delivery end-to-end from initial conversation through pilot, production, and continuous iteration.
- Engineer agent behavior by writing and maintaining versioned, tested instruction sets.
- Build and maintain automated evaluation test suites to gate releases.
- Debug live system behavior by analyzing instruction sets and system logs.
- Work directly with US enterprise clients to understand requirements and explain technical fixes.
