Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience with multi-business-unit or complex product environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, product catalog governance, or master data management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize needs and manage project backlogs effectively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including configurations, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
- Support product launches by setting up SKUs, bundles, and pricing.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing enhancements, defects, and technical debt.
- Develop detailed business requirements and partner with technology teams on design.
- Own projects from end-to-end, including UAT and acceptance of features.
- Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems like CRM, ERP, and billing.
- Provide L1 support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
