Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, healthcare management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics, enablement, requirements management, or enterprise tooling integration.
  • Proven experience integrating and operationalizing platforms like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Power BI.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, KPI development, dashboard architecture, and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools, agentic technologies, and automation to improve workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, and product management lifecycles.
  • Ability to embed governance, standards, and patterns directly into enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with AI platforms like Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Claude.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive storytelling skills.
  • Experience supporting traceability, governance, and audit-readiness in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a federated business analyst enablement curriculum, curate content, establish standards, and certify capabilities.
  • Integrate standards, templates, and governance gates into platforms including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, NEXUS, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Build and maintain decision-oriented dashboards tracking enterprise success metrics like readiness, adoption, and data quality.
  • Analyze portfolio trends to identify adoption gaps, rework concentrations, and targeted intervention opportunities.
  • Apply AI, LLM, and agentic automation to enablement activities such as dashboard narratives and requirement synthesis.
  • Lead enterprise enablement and change management initiatives, including communities of practice and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with governance, architecture, and business leaders to align metrics, tooling, and adoption strategies.
